This page explains how TelegaMarket delivers purchased Telegram accounts, what the replacement warranty covers and how to reach support if something goes wrong.

Invalid account replacement warranty

  • Every purchased account is covered by a 24-hour warranty from the moment of delivery.
  • An account is considered invalid if you cannot log in, or it is already banned at delivery time. Such items are replaced for free.
  • To request a replacement, contact support with your order number and a short description. If replacement is impossible, we refund via the same payment method.
  • The warranty does not cover restrictions earned after you start using the account (rate-limit violations, recipient complaints).

How delivery works

  • Delivery is automatic and instant: account data appears right after payment confirmation.
  • Formats: tdata (log into Telegram Desktop without an SMS code) and session+json (for Telethon/Pyrogram). The format is shown on the product card. If the account has a 2FA password or an attached email, they are included.
  • You can re-download purchases any time in your account area on the site or request them in our Telegram bot.

  • SBP — pay in RUB via QR code.
