This page explains how TelegaMarket delivers purchased Telegram accounts, what the replacement warranty covers and how to reach support if something goes wrong.
Invalid account replacement warranty
- Every purchased account is covered by a 24-hour warranty from the moment of delivery.
- An account is considered invalid if you cannot log in, or it is already banned at delivery time. Such items are replaced for free.
- To request a replacement, contact support with your order number and a short description. If replacement is impossible, we refund via the same payment method.
- The warranty does not cover restrictions earned after you start using the account (rate-limit violations, recipient complaints).
How delivery works
- Delivery is automatic and instant: account data appears right after payment confirmation.
- Formats: tdata (log into Telegram Desktop without an SMS code) and session+json (for Telethon/Pyrogram). The format is shown on the product card. If the account has a 2FA password or an attached email, they are included.
- You can re-download purchases any time in your account area on the site or request them in our Telegram bot.
Payment methods
- USDT on TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 and other networks.
- CryptoBot — pay with crypto directly inside Telegram.
- SBP — pay in RUB via QR code.
